21.08.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Questions connected with the functioning of the 102nd Russian military base, stationed on the territory of Armenia, were discussed today at the meeting of the Defense Minister of Armenia Serzh Sarkisian with Colonel Stanislav Shechenko, Deputy Head of the Fighting Control Group of the Armed Forces of RF in Armenia, and Colonel Victor Titov, the new commander of the 102nd military base.
