Chernobil is nothing as compared with the catastrophe hidden in the Baku-Ceyhan oil pipeline project …” This is a quotation from the letter written by the inhabitants of the Tsalki region of Georgia addressed to the President Eduard Shevardnadze. The international institutions also share the concerns of the population of Georgia worrying about the ecologic consequences of the shady project.
