The central electoral commission has summed up results of the vote in Achapnyak, Avan, Kanaker, Nor Nork, Nork-Marash, Zeytun, as well as in a district in Vanadzor city.
Specifically the negotiations are held by leader of the People party Stepan Demirchian, chairman of "National Unity" party Artashes Geghamian, leader of "National-Democratic Union" Vazgen Manukian, head of "Perspective" center for strategic initiatives Aram Karapetian.
