Probably, nobody doubts that Ilham Aliyev will be the next President of Azerbaijan as a result of Presidential elections. Authorities of Baku will hardly take into account the protests of Azerbaijani opposition and the indignation of the world community concerning the non-democratic process of the elections. Well-known Russian human rights expert, Deputy of Russian Parliament, member of the delegation of Russia in the Parliament Assembly of the Council of Europe Sergey Kovalev characterized the order being formed in Azerbaijan as an "Eastern Democracy".
