The third conference of the intergovernmental commission of TRACECA (transportation corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia) taking place in Yerevan finished with a scandal. The last day of the forum the delegation of Azerbaijan made provocation which nearly blocked the works of the conference with participation of representatives of 12 member-countries of the project.
