ARMENIANS ARE NOT AGAINST ILHAM ALIYEV

The new President of Azerbaijan is already known. The figures announced by the electoral commission testify the victory of Ilham Aliyev. This, of course, does not mean that Ilham Aliyev has gained the majority of votes. The most important is that seemingly both the Western world and Russia, and the regional countries are interested in maintaining the power in the hands of the governing clan. It should be added that in Yerevan and Stepanakert they are also interested in peaceful implementation of the neo-monarchic scenario in Azerbaijan.
