ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER DENIED REPORTS ABOUT "WASHINGTON PLAN" OF KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

Vardan Oskanian has denied the reports that recently Washington allegedly proposed a settlement plan for the Karabakh issue, in compliance with which Armenia had to cede to Azerbaijan three regions that are part of the security belt around Nagorno Karabakh.

According to the newspaper ''Echo'', Baku, demonstrations of protest demanding to give Karabakh back to Azerbaijan are being held in Stepanakert. None of the sources confirmed this information. Our colleagues in Stepanakert assured there were no demonstrations in Karabakh. It is evident that this is another falsification.
