Turkey has failed to represent itself as a tolerant and democratic state.

The European Union has partially resumed membership talks with Turkey. Negotiations are expected to cover business and industry sectors. The information was confirmed by Turkey's MFA official Levent Bilman. The chief negotiator, State Minister Ali Babacan will take part in the talks, according to him.
