ARMENIA LEADER AMONG BRANDY EXPORTERS TO UKRAINE

PanARMENIAN.Net - In the first quarter of 2005.Armenia occupies the first place on volume of brandy export to the Ukrainian market and has left behind Moldova and France. Armenia, Moldova and France share 78% of brandy export to Ukraine in money equivalent. However, having a share of 46% Armenia remains the undoubted leader. The Yerevan Brandy Company (YBC) intends to increase the export to Ukraine up to 350 thousand liters in 2005. In the words of Pernod Ricard Ukraine company President Ara Gevorgyan, the YBC occupies 70% of the Ukrainian market of 6-year brandies, reported Mediamax.
