New e-tools introduction to help bring broadband inet users up to 400000 in ArmeniaMarch 14, 2011 - 13:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Introduction of new e-governance is a priority for the Armenian government, according to head of the government administration. “Presently, there are about 200 000 users in Armenia, against 70 000 in 2010 and 30 000 in 2009. New tools will help bring broadband internet users up to 400000 as well as lower the tariffs and improve the quality of on-line services,” David Sargsyan told journalists on March 14. Sargsyan also informed that presentation of new state register will be held in two weeks, what will allow all interested entities to register their business “within minutes”.
