The issue of participation of the Armenian military in the coming Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO exercises in Azerbaijan will be solved at the recurrent conference on their planning in late March. A high rank source from the Defense Ministry of Armenia told Mediamax agency, adding the conference will be held in Kiev March 30. It should be reminded that in January the Azeri authorities did not admit Armenian delegation's participation in the Baku conference on planning the maneuvers, to be held within the NATO Partnership for Peace Program.
