OSCE REPRESENTATIVES VISITED KARABAKH SERVICEMAN, WOUNDED BY AZERI SNIPERMarch 23, 2004 - 22:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE mission today held the recurrent monitoring at the north-east direction of the contact line between the Armed Forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan. As reported by the NKR Defense Ministry press service, in the course of the monitoring no breaks of the truce regime was registered. Upon completing the monitoring the members of the OSCE mission visited one of the garrison hospitals, where an NKR defense army serviceman wounded by an Azeri sniper March 19 is being cured.
