ARMENIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS ELECTED

Her candidacy received majority support at a Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe vote April 2. She will set about fulfilling her duties November 1.
