  LOCAL ARMENIANS TO SUPPORT ARMENIAN NATIONAL TEAM IN MATCH IN SPAINApril 2, 2003 - 23:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An elimination match of the European Football Championship 2004 will be held between the national teams of Spain and Armenia in Leon Spanish city today. A large group of local Armenian fans will root for the Armenian team at the stadium. "We know the Armenian team will have a hard game, but we are sure our boys will contend for each ball," - one of Armenian fans Igor Nikolian said in an interview to a Spanish TV company. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, the combined teams of Armenia and Spain meet in elimination contests for the third time. The Armenian team has yielded to the Spanish two times.
