According to Haykakan Zhamanak paper, he was taken into custody on March 3. The paper further reminds that Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan awarded Manukyan with "Service in battle" medal in 2010 for courage in fulfillment of his professional duties. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
