THREE KILLED IN CRASH AT YEREVAN ROPE-WAYApril 2, 2004 - 23:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Three were killed and six were wounded in a crash at the rope-way of Yerevan. As reported by the Emergency Situations Department under the Government of Armenia, the incident took place today at 2:30 p.m. local time. The rope-way car having 9 passengers fell from the height of 10 meters. 2 were killed on the spot, another died in the hospital. A commission is formed to investigate the causes of the tragedy.
