POLITICAL CRISIS IN ARMENIA DID NOT TELL ON FINANCIAL MARKET

PanARMENIAN.Net - The domestic political situation created in Armenia did not tell on the financial market of the country in any way, local currency dealers told Arminfo news agency. They noted a tendency toward strengthening the position of the national currency was observed lately. In their words, some passiveness of banks and their clients was observed only last Friday, when opposition rally just began in Yerevan. In the dealers' opinion, this was due to the temporizing stand. However, the situation normalized fully since yesterday and at present the atmosphere at the financial market of Armenia is calm, the dealers said.
