Armenian boxers to perform at Trabzon tournament April 16

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 16, Armenian boxers Ara Puluzyan (64 kg) and Hrayr Matevosyan (69 kg) will perform at Olympic qualifying tournament in Trabzon, Turkey.

Puluzyan will face Xhulio Vrenozi (Albania) in the first clash, while Matevosyan will rival Muhnd Bakry (Isarel).

Vladimir Sarukhanyan will face off against Alexandros Tsanikidis next, with Koryun Soghomonyan (49 kg) and Hovhannes Danielyan (52 kg) also continuing the struggle.

Andranik Hakobyan (75 kg) is the only one to have qualified for Summer Olympics so far.

Mikaelyan is currently training for the Under-23 World Championships to be held in Almaty in February.
Each country will play six matches in the new tournament, which will see UEFA's 52 countries split into four divisions.
