Paper: Prosperous Armenia’s electoral bribes gain strength![]() April 17, 2012 - 14:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the data of Hraparak paper, deputy chairman of Prosperous Armenia party Samvel Balasanyan who is running for the parliamentary elections by majority system in the Armenian city of Gyumri, has intensified distributing electoral bribes. Earlier Balasanyan gave flour and antennas to people, while now he went on to providing hail protection systems to villages. One can only guess the candidate’s next move, the paper says.
