Paper: Heritage leader meets with Armenian President

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to sources of Zhoghovurd paper, leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian met with the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan recently. The paper says the meeting was organized by the UK ambassador in Armenia.

President Sargsyan urged Heritage leader not to withdraw from the single anti-forgery headquarters established by the four parties because this is perceived as the initiative of the former president of Armenia Robert Kocharian.

Instead, Sargsyan pledged to provide for Heritage’s presence in the National Assembly, paper says.

However, MP of the Heritage parliamentary group Armen Martirosyan refuted the rumours saying: “Come on, people may invent any lie you want.”
