Ukraine ready to promote Karabakh settlement during OSCE Chairmanship![]() April 19, 2012 - 17:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During OSCE oncoming chairmanship, the Ukraine will do the utmost to promote Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said. During his official visit to Baku, Volodymyr Lytvyn noted that Ukraine currently gets ready for OSCE Chairmanship in 2014. “Ukraine’s position on Karabakh conflict resolution remains unchanged. We urge for its peaceful settlement,” Mr. Lytvyn said.
