ARMENIAN OPPOSITION INTENDS TO HOLD RALLY IN SPITE OF ABSENCE OF YEREVAN ADMINISTRATION AUTHORIZATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Yerevan City Hall did not authorize the rally of Justice bloc of opposition forces. As thereupon noted by capital Mayor Yervand Zakarian, the city authorities consider inexpedient holding the meetings, which have a negative impact on the city life. Each time the actions of the demonstrators bring to blocking the center of Yerevan, he noted. Meanwhile, leader of Republic Party Aram Z. Sargsian stated that not having an alternative, the opposition will hold meetings where expedient in its view, calling everyone to come today to the opposition rally in the Liberty Square. It should be reminded that rallies organized by the opposition, but not sanctioned by the authorities, with the participation of thousands of people that demand resignation of Armenian President Robert Kocharian, are held in Armenia since April 9.
