Paper claims “carousel” election forgery tool is launched again

PanARMENIAN.Net - Hraparak daily reports that an election forgery tool known as the “carousel”, its copyright belonging to former Armenian president Robert Kocharian’s regime, will again be put into practice during the upcoming parliamentary vote.

According to the paper, supporters of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia are currently negotiating with residents of some Yerevan dormitories.

RPA promises electoral bribes to people if they enter the polling booth with an already ticked off ballot and take out the blank vote.

Hraparak mentions this is an election violation which is most difficult to identify.
