ACTIVATION OF EUROPEAN STRUCTURES RADICALLY CHANGES SITUATION IN KARABAKH PROBLEM, NKR CONSIDERS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The activation of European structures in conflict settlement in the South Caucasus radically changed the political atmosphere in Nagorno Karabakh, stated NKR Presidential Advisor for Political Issues Manvel Sargsian, Mediamax news agency reported. In his words, the epoch of traditional geopolitical approach to the region of the South Caucasus has passed and today the conflict resolution policy of the united Europe is based on the principle of human rights and law. At the same time the advisor noted "in spite of absence of visible progress in settling the Karabakh conflict, the OSCE Minsk Group managed to fulfill one of its main missions - to sustain the cease-fire regime."
