Armenian Defense Minister to participate in CSTO meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 2, Armenian delegation headed by Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan departed for Astana, Kazakhstan, to participate in the meeting of CSTO Council of Defense Ministers due May 3.

Issued related to conduction of joint maneuvers in Armenia, deepening of cooperation between CSTO member-countries in military field will be in focus of the meeting.

Minister Ohanyan will further meet with his Kazakh counterpart and attend the international exhibition of military equipment as a part of the visit.

Meeting with Kazakhs President Nursultan Nazarbayev is also scheduled.
