The party took the decision to draw up an appeal to the PACE sitting, which will discuss Azerbaijan's fulfillment of the commitments to the CE on October 5. In the opinion of the party members, being governed by means of "feudal" methods, Azerbaijan, where even deputies are subjected to tortures, cannot be a CE member.
