As a result an agreement was reached on signing a memorandum on mutual understanding in Yerevan or Cairo in the future. V. Oskanian also met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Gheit, with whom bilateral, as well as international and regional issues were discussed. Today the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry is scheduled to address the UN General Assembly.
