Mobile TeleSystems OJSC subsidiary VivaCell-MTS, announced a change of tariffs for calls to Russia.

Due to increase of international calls costs, the price of calls to Russia from VivaCell-MTS numbers via “Distant Call” and “My World” services will make AMD 40 per minute.
