Garo Ghazarian elected vice-chair of Glendale Civil Service Commission![]() July 4, 2012 - 08:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar Association, Garo Ghazarian, who was earlier appointed to Glendale City’s Civil Service Commission, is now unanimously elected to the post of Vice-Chair of the Commission. According to Asbarez, in addition to his nationwide criminal defense law practice, Ghazarian is also the Dean and a professor of law at Peoples College of Law in Los Angeles. Ghazarian has lectured extensively to law enforcement agencies and is a former guest instructor at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. He is a board member of the Mexican American Bar Association – Political Action Committee, and serves on its Judicial Evaluations Committee. He also is a board member of The Armenian Center for National and International Studies.
