Armavia airline company drops plans for Sukhoi plane purchase – paper![]() July 4, 2012 - 13:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Aravot daily, Armavia Armenian airline company dropped its plans for a purchase of another Russian-made Sukhoi Superjet passenger plane. The decision was prompted by recent plane crash in Indonesia. The Superjet-100 slammed into Mount Salak near Jakarta on May 9 when it was on a short demonstration flight for potential buyers.
