The scientist stated it when commenting on the act of terrorism taken place in the Armenian Parliament in 1999. "These events were a tragedy for Armenia, the entire Caucasus and even the former Soviet Union, - the political scientist noted. - Without those people kind of a stagnation touched the region and the solution of the important problems."
