  Armenia to assume CoE Committee of Ministers chairmanship in May 2013 July 12, 2012 - 17:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In May 2013, Armenia will for the fist time chair the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, the country’s Foreign Minister said. “It’s both a great honor and responsibility for Armenia, and we’ll take our best effort to rise to the challenge,” Edward Nalbandian said during a presentation of CoE’s 3-year Action Plan.
