As Zohrab Mnatsakanian noted at National Security Council’s Armenia-EU interdepartmental commission sitting, “with negotiations finalized, the agreement will be submitted to EU member states to be ratified.” “Visa regime facilitation is a part of a major stage, with work in progress to achieve visa liberalization,” the official said.
