At the sitting, deputy foreign minister Zohrab Mnatsakanian stressed serious progress in Armenia-EU ties, noting formation of Association Agreement agenda as a first priority. According to the official, this year EU will provide $15 mln in financial aid to Armenia. Partner news At the meeting, the parties focused on the prospects of bilateral relations, and cooperation in the framework of international organizations. Dwelling on the hike in gas prices, Iskandaryan said the change also affected other countries importing Russian gas. Armen Martirosyan noted that the price rise will further deteriorate the situation in the country, fostering emigration.
