PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Minsk group co-chairs hope for the Armenian and Azeri authorities to find political will for final settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by "Arka" agency, US assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs Elizabeth Jones said when addressing the House of Representatives on the American-European ties the other day. In her words, "this year presidential election is held in Armenia and Azerbaijan, thus, none of the parties agrees to politically hard concessions in the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh issue."
