  Artsakh President: I voted for powerful state  July 19, 2012 - 12:37 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The incumbent leader of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic, Bako Sahakyan has cast ballot in the ongoing presidential polls. “I am in a good mood and I voted for a powerful and united state. I f elected, I will continue building a secure and developed Artsakh. Our people demonstrated strong solidarity and this proves that we have chosen the right way,” he told journalists, thanking media for assistance in state-building.
