NKR Police reports no serious complaints on voting violations![]() July 19, 2012 - 21:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - No serous complains on voting violations were filed to the Nagorno Karabakh Police on the day of Artsakh presidential elections. At 8 pm, local time, voting closed in Artsakh presidential poll. The three candidates running for presidency are: current leader Bako Sahakyan; NKR MP, ex-deputy defense minister Vitaly Balasanyan; Armenian State Agrarian University’s Stepanakert Subsidiary pro-rector Arkady Soghomonyan. According to Artsakh Central Election Committee, as of 5 pm local time, 63.24% or 62765 voters out of 98909 cast ballots at NKR presidential elections. 57.79% or 21168 voters cast ballots in Stepanakert, 71.95% or 8377 voters in Askeran province, 73.90% or 6392 voted in Hadrut province; 67.87% or 8968 voters in Martakert province, 57.60% or 9899 voters in Martuni province, 78.75% or 1408 voters in Shahumyan province, 65.10% or 2352 voters in Shushi province, 62.65% or 3803 voters in Kashatagh province, 86.71% or 398 voters in Yerevan. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
