NO CHANGES IN YEREVAN POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE, ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY SPOKESMAN STATED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's policy as regards to the issue of the Armenian Genocide has undergone no changes, Press Secretary of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Hamlet Gasparian state when replying to the question why the budget project for year 2005 does not include allocation of funds for carrying out the policy of the recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the international community. In the words of the MFA Spokesman, the issue is still on the agenda of Yerevan's foreign policy while the latter is not determined by a separate line in the budget. ""The issue of the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide refers not only to Armenians but to the whole humanity and cannot be put in the budget or any fiscal document", G. Gasparian emphasized.
