Armenian judoka Davtyan scores 3rd Olympic win, makes it to quarterfinals

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian judoka Hovhannes Davtyan (60 kg) scored his 3rd Olympic win, beating Kazakhstan’s Yerkebulan Kossayev to make it to quarterfinals.

Current victory followed Davtyan’s win over Germany’s Tobias Englmaier and Azerbaijan’s Ildar Mushkiyev in the 1st and 2nd qualification rounds respectively.

The win puts Carlsen closer to the status of chess legends such as Garry Kasparov, who dominated the game for 15 years.
