In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Mr. Hovhannisyan noted Azeri act as a way to divert attention from own snipers’ activities. It’s noteworthy that Azerbaijan refuses to withdraw snipers from the frontline, despite Armenian and international community calls.
