Russian expert says Ukraine above Azerbaijan’s bend

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ukraine is above Azerbaijan’s bend, Russian political expert said.

Stanislav Tarasov deemed Kyiv as the leading party in Ukrainian-Azeri relations.

“Baku has missed the chance of pursuing active policy in post-soviet area. The so-called “Arab Spring” is already aiming for Baku,” he said in interview with Analitika.at.ua, commenting on Azeri media attempts to draw the Ukraine into anti-Armenian propaganda campaign.
