Syrian Armenian killed in Aleppo shootings

PanARMENIAN.Net - Syrian Armenian Adelina Khacherian, 76, was killed today, August 17 in Aleppo shootings, the founder of “Outreach to Syrian Armenians” Facebook page, writer/publicist said.

As Anahit Adamyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, another Armenian Merop Chinchinian was wounded as a result of bomb explosion.

“He was hospitalized, with his condition assessed as stable,” Ms. Adamyan said.

The monument’s designer is Mihran Hakobjan, a 30-year-old Armenian-born artist who graduated from a Slubice college.
