The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 409,81 on August 23, decreasing by 0.71 point compared to August 22, exchange rate of euro totaled AMD 514,72, increasing by 3.01 points while the rate of Russian ruble increased by 0.05 point to total AMD 12,93, CBA press service reported.
