The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 408,63 on August 31, decreasing by 0.49 point compared to August 30, exchange rate of euro totaled AMD 513,48, decreasing by 0.01 point while the rate of Russian ruble decreased by 0.08 point to total AMD 12,60, CBA press service reported.
