  Armenian FM rules out Turkey’s mediation in Karabakh settlement September 4, 2012 - 18:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey cannot act as a mediator in any stage of Karabakh conflict settlement negotiations, Armenian Foreign Minister said. As Edward Nalbandian stated during a news conference with his Argentinean counterpart Héctor Marcos Timerman, “no Turkish attempt to interfere in the settlement of conflicts between its neighboring countries has ever been successful.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
