AZERBAIJAN KEEPS CONCESSION LIMIT AT KARABAKH NEGOTIATIONS WITH ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan holds negotiations on peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict with Armenia observing a certain limit of concessions. Head of the Azeri delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Ilham Aliyev said when commenting on the coming report of PACE rapporteur on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict Terry Davis on his meeting with the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs. In I.Aliyev's words, "in case the limit is exceeded the Azeri party may take other measures to solve the problem."
