SERGE SARGSIAN DENIED RUMOR ON TROOPS TRANSFER FROM NKR TO GORIS TO KEEP PUBLIC ORDER AT ELECTIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Serge Sargsian, chairman of the electoral headquarters of the presidential contender Robert Kocharian, has denied information in local press that troops from Nagorno Karabakh were transferred to Goris Armenian city to keep public order in the course of the presidential elections. As reported by "Arka" agency, he told journalists today that the information was false. S.Sargsian specified that contract military personnel serving in the NKR army were transferred to Goris to take part in the vote due to the absence of election centers for that purpose in Nagorno Karabakh.
