STEPAN DEMIRCHIAN'S ELECTORAL HEADQUARTERS SUBMITTED 76 COMPLAINTS TO CENTRAL ELECTORAL COMMISSIONMarch 6, 2003 - 00:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The electoral headquarters of presidential contender Stepan Demirchian have submitted 76 complaints to the central electoral commission of Armenia by 7:00 p.m. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, Vardan Mkrtchian, proxy of opposition presidential contender, People party leader Stepan Demirchian, told journalists today. In his words, each complaint includes infringements in 5-6 election centers. He noted that rights of their candidate's proxies and electoral commission members were main subjects of violations. In V.Mkrtchian's words, in the course of the voting process there were cases of inserting more than one ballot by one person and voting instead of other citizens.
