  Paper says charges against ex-FM Oskanian readied October 6, 2012 - 19:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, Armenian National Security Service (NSS) have already readied charges against Prosperous Armenia member, former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian. Spokesperson of the Prosecutor General, however, refrained from confirming the information on October 5. Asked why the charges against ex-minister Oskanian haven’t been issued, Sona Turuzyan said, “The minutes of the parliament meeting and the document submitted to Oskanian have been attached to the case, comprehensive investigation is underway.
