  NSC secretary congratulates Georgian Dream coalition leader October 9, 2012 - 17:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Security Council secretary, Orinats Yerkir party leader Arthur Baghdasaryan issued a congratulatory address to Georgian Dream coalition leader Bidzina Ivanishvili on the occasion of his victory in Georgia’s parliamentary elections. “The government to be formed will secure Georgia’s democratic development, economic modernization, reform implementation and high standards of living. I am confident that you will contribute to further deepening of Armenian-Georgian friendly ties,” the statement reads.
